From July 12 to 13, Special Flocking held its two-day, one-night "Strategic Consensus & Corporate Culture Workshop" under the guidance of consulting firm Toplead. The event brought together senior leaders from across the organization – including top leadership and management representatives from R&D, Sales, Finance, Production, and Quality departments.
Participants engaged in intensive brainstorming sessions from their respective functional perspectives. Through these discussions, the group reached a high level of consensus on Special Flocking's corporate vision, mission, core values, and strategic objectives.

Using SWOT analysis, we identified optimal combinations of Special Flocking's resources/capabilities and external opportunities. This established strategic groundwork for Day 2's objective formulation.
