On September 15, 2025, the "Dongguan-Hong Kong Tech100+ Empowerment Initiative" collaborative R&D project for new industrialization, involving Special Flocking, was recommended to the Dongguan Science and Technology Bureau and entered the expert review phase.

On the same day, Wang Youhui, Co-founder and Head of the Technology R&D Center of Special Flocking, along with the team, jointly conducted a thematic project presentation at the Dongguan Science and Technology Bureau alongside consultant experts from the Hong Kong Productivity Council. During the presentation session, a review panel composed of three authoritative industry experts conducted in-depth inquiries regarding the project's technical approach and industrialization prospects. The team systematically elaborated on the project's core competitiveness and social value through detailed analysis of industry pain points, innovative technical solutions, and quantifiable market projection models. The presentation, characterized by rigorous logic and comprehensive data, received unanimous recognition from the review experts.
The following day, the Dongguan Science and Technology Bureau officially announced the list of projects selected for funding, and the project submitted by Guangdong Special Flocking Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully included. Special Flocking has entered into a strategic collaboration with the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) . Leveraging HKPC's world-class comprehensive scientific research strength and profound technical expertise, the partnership will focus on the automation, intellectualization, and green upgrading of deep recess flocking production lines. The initiative aims to significantly enhance production efficiency, reduce labor costs and resource waste, and implement green emission practices.
This collaboration not only marks a strategic upgrade for Special Flocking from traditional manufacturing towards a dual-drive model of "Smart + Green" , but also provides practical experience for the sustainable development of the flocking industry , paving the way for a more efficient and environmentally friendly future.
