On May 9th, the kick-off meeting for Special Flocking's "Marketing System Transformation & Marketing Team Building" project was successfully held in the company's 10th-floor conference room. Mr. Tan Zhaolin, Chairman of Toplead Consulting, along with several consultants, attended the meeting alongside Special Flocking's senior management and marketing department members.

In the preliminary phase, project teams from both sides conducted face-to-face, one-on-one field research interviews.
