Win Recognition with Strength, Shape the Future with Marketing — Special Flocking "Marketing System Transformation & Marketing Team Building" Kick-off Meeting.

Published Date

On May 9th, the kick-off meeting for Special Flocking's "Marketing System Transformation & Marketing Team Building" project was successfully held in the company's 10th-floor conference room. Mr. Tan Zhaolin, Chairman of Toplead Consulting, along with several consultants, attended the meeting alongside Special Flocking's senior management and marketing department members.

In the preliminary phase, project teams from both sides conducted face-to-face, one-on-one field research interviews. These sessions aimed to identify existing issues within Special Flocking's current marketing system from multiple perspectives, analyze root causes, and establish a clear direction for developing tailored solutions.

Historically, Special Flocking's business growth has primarily relied on customer referrals, often tackling the "most challenging cases" and "tough nuts to crack" that other flocking factories struggle to resolve. Leveraging over 30 years of deep industry experience, innovative technical expertise, and large-scale intelligent manufacturing and delivery capabilities, Special Flocking has built a reputation as the "Flocking Problem Solver" within the industry—when an unsolvable flocking problem arises, people turn to Special Flocking. This commitment to solving complex challenges has ensured that every client who approaches them leaves satisfied, leading to long-term, stable partnerships.

In 2025, after launching the ERP project in April, the initiation of this "Marketing System Transformation & Marketing Team Building" project marks the second major step in Special Flocking's comprehensive strategic transformation. This project will focus on building a robust marketing system, with the core objective of enhancing "marketing competitiveness." It aims to further expand Special Flocking's brand influence and drive the company toward higher levels of development.
