Recently, a delegation from the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) visited Special Flocking. The group was personally received by Xu Dequan, Chairman of Special Flocking, and Wang Youhui, co-founder and General Head of the Technology R&D Center.
The Hong Kong Productivity Council, established in 1967, is a statutory body and one of the largest market-oriented, technology-driven, and comprehensive productivity service institutions in the country, serving as an international新型 R&D organization. The "Gang-Hong Tech 100+ Empowerment Initiative" is Dongguan’s flagship technology collaboration program, designed with reference to Hong Kong’s R&D project registration system. HKPC and the Dongguan Science and Technology Bureau act jointly as expert promoters of the initiative, which aims to drive new industrialization in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area through technological innovation, thereby advancing the development of new quality productive forces.

The delegation first visited Special Flocking’s corporate exhibition hall, where they gained an overview of the company’s development, its full range of product lines, and its future strategic direction. They then toured the key facility—a 1,500-square-meter R&D center.
Special Flocking’s R&D center is a leading professional platform in the flocking technology field in China, equipped with advanced instruments and dedicated to material innovation and process optimization. Through on-site observation and exchanges, the delegation highly affirmed Special Flocking’s investment and breakthroughs in flocking R&D, offering strong recognition of its research capabilities and technological sophistication.
As a certified National High-Tech Enterprise rooted in traditional manufacturing, Special Flocking looks to leverage the expert evaluation mechanism of the "Gang-Hong Tech 100+ Empowerment Initiative." By drawing on the Hong Kong Productivity Council’s world-class comprehensive scientific research strength and technical expertise, Special Flocking aims to utilize the New Industrialization Technology Assessment System to deeply connect with Hong Kong’s innovation and technology resources. The company intends to gain cutting-edge insights and technical support in areas such as intelligent upgrading and green production technologies, striving to achieve dual improvement in both production efficiency and environmental sustainability.
