Recently, a delegation from the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) visited Special Flocking. The group was received by Special Flocking’s Chairman Xu Dequan and one of its founders and Head of the R&D Center, Wang Youhui.

The Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) is a statutory body established in 1967. It is a leading market-oriented international new-style R&D institution in Hong Kong and nationwide, integrating advanced technology and comprehensive productive services. The "Dongguan-HK Tech 100+ Empowerment Initiative" is Dongguan’s first flagship technology collaboration program referencing Hong Kong’s R&D project registration system. Jointly promoted by the Hong Kong Productivity Council and the Dongguan Science and Technology Bureau, the initiative aims to foster new industrialization in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area through innovative technology, thereby contributing to the development of new quality productive forces.

The delegation first visited the Special Flocking corporate exhibition hall, where they gained an overview of the company's development, its full product lineup, and future strategic direction. They then toured its 1,500-square-meter R&D center, which was a key highlight of the visit.

As a leading professional platform in China’s flocking technology field in both scale and capability, Special Flocking’s R&D center is equipped with advanced facilities and focuses on material innovation and process optimization. Through on-site inspections and exchanges, the delegation fully affirmed Special Flocking’s investment and breakthroughs in flocking R&D, with its technical strength and craftsmanship receiving high recognition.

As a high-tech enterprise recognized in the traditional manufacturing sector, Special Flocking looks to leverage the expert evaluation mechanism of the "Dongguan-HK Tech 100+ Empowerment Initiative." By drawing on the Hong Kong Productivity Council’s world-class comprehensive scientific research capabilities and technological expertise, as well as utilizing a new industrialization technology assessment system, the company aims to deeply integrate with Hong Kong’s innovation and technology resources. It will focus on acquiring cutting-edge ideas and technical support in areas such as intelligent upgrading and green production, striving to achieve dual enhancement in both production efficiency and environmental sustainability.
